There are two program offerings:

 The 12 week challenge comes with a customized nutrition plan, weekly lessons and weigh ins. This program is optimal for anyone with a very strict weight loss goal on a short timeline.

Individual coaching is a more personalized approach. The whole program lasts 6 months but can end sooner or later depending on where you are at in your goals and progress. The focus is on the deep cognitive changes made with the habits that keep us in the "yo-yo" diets of gaining and loosing. Individual coaching is optimal for anyone with chronic health conditions i.e type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, hypothyroidism etc.
