Ingredients:
1 carb balance tortilla or Joseph's lavash pita
1/4 Alfredo sauce (Classico)
1/4 cup low fat mozzarella shredded
handful of spinach
2-3 cherry tomatoes
1 pickled jalapeño sliced
2 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 ℉
Place tortilla/pita on baking sheet
Add ingredients in above order
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Cut and enjoy!
