Chocolate avocado mousse

4 ripe bananas

2 ripe avocados

4 tbsp almond butter

4 tbsp cacao butter


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Purée until smooth

  2. Divide mixture equally into 8 small containers. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days

Makes 8 servings. Per serving: cal 160 / net carb 14g / fat 10g / protein 3g / fiber 6g
