Anytime is a good time for a sweet treat! This recipe was made with Bowmar Nutrition s'mores protein powder. This can easily be done with chocolate, marshmallow, or vanilla flavored protein and be just as tasty. This is a base recipe that you can adjust accordingly to fit your individual macronutrient needs.


- 1 cup plain greek yogurt

- 1 graham cracker, crumbled

- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

- optional: 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips


1. Combine greek yogurt and protein powder. Mix well until smooth.

2. Top with graham cracker, marshmallows and optional mini chocolate chips.

If you want to get fancy with it you can put the crumbled graham cracker at the bottom of a fancy glass jar and layer as a parfait.

Duplicate this recipe to take as a sweet treat for parties and such.
